John Zeydel

President

John “Z” Zeydel brings more than 25 years experience in Leadership/Management and Sales/Marketing experience. With over 16 years in the banking industry, he has helped many business owners solve complex financial challenges. His early career in the area of communication and technology has always stayed with him, and today he still stays up to date with technology and the role it plays in helping businesses grow. His Military background as an officer in the US Army, tempered with many leadership positions in the civilian world, gives him a unique perspective on systems type management and working with a variety of people and settings.

John also understands the power of connecting people for a stronger community and work force. John has been on several boards and committees in the Kentucky area. He helped found and has hosted No Rules Networking, a free networking group that has been meeting regularly for over 9 years and has an e-mail distribution list of over 7,000 members. John has also created two other networking groups – a facilitated Christian networking group called Work-Life Net-Working and recently a group called The Sushi-Net. Through networking, John has created a means to help people promote their passions for their business, and has also helped countless people find their place back into the work force.

John is the President and owner of Renaissance Executive Forums in Louisville, and works exclusively with top executives and business owners. His Renaissance Executive Forums provide peer advisory group reviews to accelerate business growth, improve organizational performance and enhance forum member’s quality of life.

John can be seen on occasion racing through Louisville’s streets in his bat-mobile, and training with his son in martial arts. In September of 2007, John and Chance Zeydel earned their first degree black belt together in Tae Kwon Do (Chance was only 7 yrs old at the time). John and his son have traveled to many international tournaments, and continue to receive medals and trophies for their achievements in martial arts.

John is married to Denise Zeydel, who is part owner and General Manager of Z Salon and Spa, and together they enjoy traveling and family time.
