Sherman will focus on one of the most important and debilitating workforce issue facing the economy and it’s right in front of our own noses. Sherman discusses the impact the crisis of disengagement has at work, along with approaches to beat apathy and disconnection in the workplace. 
 

In his newest book Crisis of Disengagement, Andrew describes, explains, and sets out steps for remedying this problem. “We need to break down and rebuild what we think the current definitions of management and leadership are,” Sherman observes.
