My name is Ron Penland, and I’ve been leading the CEO Peer Advisory Boards with Renaissance Executive Forums in California’s Inland Empire since 2002.
Serving on active duty for eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps taught me the importance of structure, discipline, and an ability to both take and give orders. This background fed perfectly into my first professional civilian experience; helping to grow a $2 million manufacturing business ten-fold over six years.
My 35 years of leadership and business management experience took me from a background in the tech industry to a variety of senior management positions, including Controller, CFO, Assistant Division Manager, COO, & CEO. I’ve worked comfortably with local, regional, national and multinational firms.
Many years ago, I realized how much I enjoyed sharing my wealth of practical knowledge with senior-level executives, and decided to transition into more of a coaching role. The one-on-one communications, layered atop the ability to call my own shots, greatly appealed to me.
Today I facilitate peer advisory boards throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties in southern California. There I help top executives move from where they are not to where they want to be by leveraging best practices and tools from business thought leaders. Couple this with informed peer perspective to reduce risk on their decision-making process.
My passion has become helping CEOs and their key executives to grow their business and make the most of every opportunity that comes their way. Many members of my groups have been with me since the day I started, and there’s a reason we continue working together, the value they receive.
If you’re looking to maximize your people, your business, your exit options, or your career, you should meet the members of my CEO Executive Forums Groups. It’s an experience unlike any you’ve ever had before, and I promise you’ll walk away richer for the knowledge you’ll gain.
We’ll save a seat for you.
