Every three months for three years, Indiana Executive Forums leader Tony Hutti reached out to Nate Zolman of Zolman’s Tire & Auto Care, talking with him about checking out the monthly peer group meeting.
Nate finally came to a meeting, realized he was among friends, and after 15 minutes was hooked on the value he’d be able to bring back to his business.
That was almost 10 years ago!
Since then he’s taken many solutions from other industries and applied them to his own challenges, and with RAGING success.
Says Nate of the others in the room; “They don’t give you the answers, but they help you ask all the right questions on what you evaluate. You get what you put into it.”
